When you request a quote or contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, pickup and delivery areas, vehicle details, timing, transport preference, and other information needed to respond.
How information is used
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, prepare and discuss transport estimates, coordinate requested services, communicate about a shipment, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Website form provider
Quote requests are submitted through FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, and forwarded to AutoHaulers INC by email. FormSubmit processes the information needed to deliver the request and states that submission records may be retained temporarily. Do not include payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information in the form.
Sharing
Information may be shared with form, email, technology, and transportation service providers when reasonably necessary to receive, quote, arrange, or support a requested vehicle move. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect customers, the business, or others. We do not sell personal information for money.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and applicable business or legal requirements. No internet or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information, subject to legitimate business and legal recordkeeping needs. You may also choose not to provide optional information, although that can limit our ability to prepare an accurate quote.
